Loan modifications can be difficult. There are websites to help you get started on some programs, but every program requires financial information and documentation. They also require diligence in communicating with your mortgage company regarding your application. We can assist you with the documentation and advise you as how to pursue the process.
A short sale is when you sell your home, but your mortgage bank accepts less than what is owed. Short sales require documentation similar to what is needed for modification: financial information and documentation. We can handle all the communication with your realtor and mortgage bank. We will also work with the bank to negotiate what they will accept from the short sale.
